Delivery costs and times -

♡ Orders up to £50.00 - Delivery charge £4.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

♡ Orders £50.00-£100.00 - Delivery charge £5.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48 signed for) 

♡ Orders £100.00-£160.00 - Delivery charge £6.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48 signed for) 

♡ Orders over £160.00 Delivery charge £14.00 (Royal Mail Special delivery) This will be fully insured up to £750.00 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Mon-Sat) working days do not include Sundays or bank holidays. Delivery time is 2-3 working days. 

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible plus any free gifts. Please pack them safely to avoid any damage. 

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs so we can resolve the issue. In these circumstances, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Will my return postage be refunded?

No. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Return postage costs will only be reimbursed if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error.
